Joseph Luna Gustilo, more popularly known as "Joe Phoenix", is a Filipino FM Radio Personality, TV presenter and Producer. Also renowned for hosting corporate gatherings, branding activities, and musical artist concert events. A well respected elite sound engineer, a veteran voice over talent, video editor and animator, with experience rooting back 1999. He does fit the line, "Jack of all trades", whats best is, He is a Master of those trades.

Joe Phoenix was born in the capital city of the Philippines, Manila. On the later years lived in Cebu (Seh-bu) before moving to the United States of America. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy and went on to further studies for another Bachelors Degree in Information Technology. He is the CEO  Joe Phoenix Productions Unlimited. A production outfit that initially catered to radio and television commercial production. Through the years, he managed to expand his company and its services to execution of Marketing and Branding initiatives for companies like Samsung, Apple Store, Nokia, Alcatel, Mitsubishi Motors, Hyundai, Tsuneishi Shipbuilding Co, Ayala Center Cebu, SM City Cebu, Robinson's Place Cebu, J Center Mall, Kawasaki Motors, Sykes Asia, Qualfon Philippines Inc., Sony Philippines, Radical Ads, Supermax Shaves, Jollibee, McDonalds, KFC, Red Ribbon and Converse......the list is long and yes, goes on. In September of 2017, he founded a second company, Dusty Editors (, that catered specifically to the High Desert Community of California making his clientele list even bigger and wider.

In August of 2000, Joe Phoenix aired in Ultimate Radio UR 105 FM, "The Joe Phoenix Show" and after a series of success, he launched "Friday Night Acoustics on the Joe Phoenix Show" that featured mainly local artists, allowing them to share their original compositions and playing them "live" inside the studio. With definitely no technical effects allowed for the artist microphone, stripping the accompanying musicians down to an acoustic guitar (well, for most of 'em), brush drum sticks and even Cajóns, the sound was just undeniably and addictively "raw". The show became very sought after especially for new aspiring artists and musicians who would then become hit makers.

"This was still an era were Friendster, Multiply and the original Myspace were the top dogs in social media and Youtube would only allow uploads to a morsel of minutes in comparison to how it is to date. Radio was hugely a significant avenue in gaining exposure for spawning artists and enabling them to test drive their musical creations to the scrutiny of the listening public."

Joe Phoenix's effort in bridging the gap between musicians and the listening public made a great impact to the local music scene that led to a culminating event dubbed as, "Friday Night Acoustics on the Joe Phoenix Show, THE GATHERING". Such movement has marked and established Joe Phoenix to be amongst the most respected name in the Philippine Radio Industry especially in the Visayas.

On December of 2006, Joe Phoenix hit the airwaves to a new home with Monster Radio BT 105.9 FM, with his new show, "Night Spectrums". He then continued what he started to an already running show dubbed as "No Strings Attached", of which up and coming artists had a chance to play their music live on air. Joe Phoenix was tasked to be Monster Radio's Officer-In-Charge up until the closing months of 2013 and so they say, "The rest was history".

In almost over two decades in broadcast, Joe Phoenix always closed his show with this two cent...
